Ordering and Payment Information

1. Specify Your Order:
You can specify your order by using the on-line shopping cart feature, printing out an order form and
filling it out, or by phone.
Shopping Cart: Simply press the Add to Cart buttons located next to each item and it will be
listed in your on-line shopping cart. Press any View Cart button to view the contents of your
Shipping Services: If you want regular U.S. first class airmail, you can proceed directly to Checkout.
You will be charged a minimum flat shipping charge of $4.00 per order or higher depending on the value of your purchase.
If you wish to add shipping services such as Priority Mail, Insurance or other services there is a link at the bottom
of each Product List page and also a Shipping Services link on the home page. This link will bring you
to a page that will allow you to select the premium shipping service you would like.
Checkout: When done shopping, press the Checkout button on the shopping cart page to proceed to
the payment step.
Mail-Order Form: You may also specify your order by printing out the printable order form (click here: Printable Order Form). Fill out the form and
mail it to the address given on the form, along with your payment.
For convenience, you may instead print out the contents of your shopping cart and treat that as
your mail-order form.
By phone: Call 508-789-4464 to place your order. Please note that the phone is not always tended so
there may be some time before we return your call. Email is always a better way to reach us if at all possible.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. This rarely happens and we will
try our best to fulfill all orders in a timely manner. If an order is canceled typically a full refund will
be provided. However in certain cicumstances we reserve the right to assess an order processing fee of up
to 10% of the order price. Typical reasons for order cancellations are discontinued products, problems with
payment transactions, website or shopping cart errors, etc.
2. Make a Payment:
You may pay by any of several methods:
Paypal (online): When you press the Checkout button after your shopping cart order is complete,
you will be directed on how to pay with your existing Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account
and wish to sign up for one, you will have the opportunity to sign up at this point (You may also just
use a credit card without signing up to Paypal, see next paragraph below). It is easy and secure to
sign up and start using the service immediately. Paypal is a very secure method of payment, they offer
buyer and seller protection in many cases. Best of all, the payment is immediate and allows for earlier
shipment of your merchandise. You are not charged a fee for using Paypal, the transaction fees are paid
by the merchant (us). Your credit card information is stored only with Paypal; it is not provided to
Metallium, Inc. in any way.
Credit Cards (online): When you press the Checkout button after your shopping cart order is
complete, you will also have the opportunity to pay online with a credit card without the need to sign up
for a Paypal account. At the Checkout window, scroll down and click on the "Click Here" link next to the
statement "Don't have a PayPal account?" and follow the simple step-by-step instructions to pay with
any major credit card.
Credit Cards (phone): If you wish to pay by credit card over the phone, call us at 508-789-4464 and we
will process your credit card for you. Please note that the phone is not always tended so
there may be some time before we return your call. You may also tell us your order over the phone, or
mail the filled out order form to us. NOTE: We process your credit card number with the Paypal secure
online system. With this process, Paypal does not retain your credit card information (nor does Metallium).
The payment will appear on your credit card bill as *PAYPAL METALLIUM*.
Check, money order or bank check (certified, cashier's): You may also pay by check or money order,
personal checks require clearance prior to shipment (up to 10 days). Mail to the address below.

Materials purchased from this website must be handled with care, and kept out of reach of children. A
link to a printable MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) will be emailed to the customer or included with
shipment and must be read and understood before use or handling of materials. The MSDS may or may not be
from the original manufacturer of this item. The items on this site are intended for laboratory use and
collector use only and are not suitable for household use or ingestion.
Special and custom requests are welcome and encouraged. If you would like a particular item and/or form
of item that is not visible on this site, please inquire and we will do our best to accommodate the
