Manganese Rod - PRESALE
This Presale is for a potantial new product - Manganese Rod. We were able to have one successfully
made for a special custom order and are considering offering them for sale on a regular basis.
Manganese metal is very brittle and difficult to shape into any form, especially a rod like this.
But, it has been done and we feel confident they can be produced on a regular basis.
They are expensive because of the difficulty in making them, and the labor required to make the piece.
As you can see in the picture, the surface is a bit rough and the metal is not very shiny,
but if you have ever worked with manganese metal, you will appreciate the effort that was required to make this unique piece.
If you are interested in purchasing a rod, you can go ahead and place your order online,
or email us. If there is enough interest,
we will have a batch made and will start offering them regularly.
You will then be informed by email with an expected delivery date.
If we do not have sufficient interest, we will let you know and will refund any purchases or deposits.

For certain upcoming new products we will be making what we call a PRESALE offer to our customers.
We will do this when we know that a new product will be available within a few weeks,
we know it can be produced and we have determined a selling price.
This is done to give customers a chance to reserve an item from the first production batch,
and helps us to identify how soon to make a second batch, or whether to proceed at all with a first batch.
If a presale is popular then we will accelerate our production schedule as needed to keep items
in stock on a regular basis.
Photos of PRESALE items will sometimes not be available until the first production batch is ready for sale.
If you decide to buy an item that is on PRESALE, we will hold your funds until the first batch of
items is available and will ship to you then.
In the meantime we will notify you that your order has been received and that we have reserved
one of the items for you.
We will also provide an estimated availability date if it is different than the one posted on our webpage.
We have been very successful in conducting PRESALEs in the past and have always been able to
produce and eventually deliver the new product. If for some reason we are unable to produce or deliver
the new product to you within the time we specify, we will offer a full refund of your
purchase price.
